Members of the Deer Park Fire Department encourage groups of all type to take a tour of our fire stations. Tours allow the public to see the fire apparatus, ambulances and rescue units up close and ask questions regarding department responses and activities.
Tours are provided by appointment only and are available at all three stations. Tours include hands on of equipment stored on the response units, fire education for children, general department information and if possible, a visit from “Sparky”.
To schedule a station tour, select which station you would like to visit and fill out the tour request form.
Citizens are permitted to ride with the EMS providers to experience the actual response the medics respond on and understand what type of care is actually provided to a patient while being transported to the hospital. Ride-a-Long visitors will assist the EMS crews when possible and serve as part of that crew for the tour of duty. If you are interested in doing a tour with the medics, you must be 18 years of age. Please complete the form below and submit it for scheduling.
